I have been waiting, so excited, falling-out-of-my-chair-excited to bring you this recipe. It’s a gorgeous, gooey, layered, zesty zucchini lasagna, just in the knick of time for the end of zucchini season.

This is a big recipe — an act-of-love recipe — but it’s taken me three years to get it to my level of perfect, and we’re going to talk about why it’s so good.
