1tspbaking powder
1/8tspsalt
1/4tspcinnamon
1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate, optional for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a small blender, blend all the ingredients except the chocolate until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish, I used a 7' pie dish, but it's really up to you!
Top the batter with the chocolate chips, then bake at 350F for 18-22 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes and then eat immediately :)
