ACV Bubble Water

This not-so-sexy name makes my fanciest drink. It's simple to assemble, with just Apple Cider Vinegar (the said ACV!) and a bit of cherry juice to make it. It's sweet and bright, and I can't get enough. It's the perfect mocktail for drinkers and abstainers alike.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 4 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Luxardo cherries
  • 2 tablespoons Luxardo cherry syrup
  • 16 ounces soda water

Instructions 

  1. Add the ice cubes to a small blender, add the bitters as well. Pulse the ice cubes in the blender to make shaved ice.
  2. Use two glasses and add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to each glass. Add two cherries and 1 tablespoon of cherry syrup to each glass as well.
  3. Portion the shaved ice into each glass and pour the seltzer water on top. Drizzle over any additional cherry syrup and serve!
