Pecorino biscuits – phenomenal on their own, BUT on top of tofu gravy. So it’s Tofu Biscuits & Gravy. A horrible marketing name.

But I’m learning to put some respect on tofu’s name! There are so many things it can do, flavors it can absorb, and tasks it can perform. I used to think a recipe was “cheapened” by making it with tofu, but now I’m in my phase where I can only think the opposite.
