Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour, packed
- 4 dates, chopped
- 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ sp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the graham cracker crumbs.
- Once a dough forms, roll into balls and toss them in the graham cracker crumbs.
- Eat whenever! These will keep in the fridge for up to 7 days.
