Hey! I’m Justine. A recipe developer, highly dedicated eater and bread enthusiast with an archive of both savory and sweet

Previously coming from a background in publicity and entertainment, Justine’s passion for food first started at Cornell’s School of Hospitality. She then began her career in hospitality publicity, later working for companies such as ABC News and Discovery Networks. In 2020 Justine began posting her own personal recipes online, and the rest is history!

Justine is known for her focus on plant-forward cooking, as well as her unique take on seasonal and simple ingredients. She has established herself as a resource for creative, inventive, yet approachable cooking, all deeply rooted in seasonality and wholesome ingredients.

Justine is currently a NYT Cooking contributor, and you can find a collection of her work in her New York Times Best Seller, “Justine Cooks“.

Featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, PopSugar, Well+Good, and Buzzfeed, among many others, Justine’s recipes are meant for everyone. Her work is designed to make any cook (or eater!) feel accomplished, well-fed, and satisfied.

Justine currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband Eric, their small (and very food driven) french bulldog Walter, and their smaller (extremely food driven) cat, Gladiator.
