As my first EXCLUSIVE Supper Club recipe, I am overwhelmed with this huge feeling of freedom. I don’t have to write this blog post for Google SEO? I can actually write about the recipe in a way that makes sense? This feels transformative. I’m a new woman. And I’m very excited to share with you my new simple, low-effort summer dinner. I call this Basil Tomato Salmon because the three best elements of the recipe are right there: we have irresistibly crispy-skinned salmon, bright and aromatic tomatoes, and a basil parmesan topping that is equal parts fresh, salty, and smooth. Whoever told you that cheese and fish don’t go together has never had parmesan-covered salmon.
